To remove mould yourself at your domestic property, you could try following these steps:

• Close the door of the room you are treating and open all windows.
• Ensure the surfaces to be treated are free from dirt and loose material, prior to application.
• Clean mould using a cloth and an off the shelf mould removal product such as Kilrock Mould Removal Spray.
• Seal the mould using a stain blocking primer product such as Zinsser BIN and leave to dry.
• Once the primer is fully dry, paint over the top with a mould resistant paint of your choice and leave to dry as per the manufacturer's instructions.
