  • We purchase reusable consumables wherever possible e.g. reusable cable ties.
  • Recycle and reuse wherever possible minimising the amount going into landfill.
  • We restore property and contents wherever possible, rather than stripping out.
  • We have reduced the chemicals used in our cleaning services, with some of our services not requiring any chemicals whatsoever
  • Conserve water, reducing demand at sites and at the premises.

  • Strive to use energy and resources as sparingly as possible.
  • Source energy efficient equipment with the least effect on the environment.
  • We have recently invested in upgrading our equipment to ensure we use the most energy efficient equipment we can – the new dehumidifiers are compliant with the latest F-gas regulations which have been set to reduce CO² emissions.
  • All our new computing equipment is A rated with energy savers so use 80% less energy consumption.
  • We turn off office equipment at night – we have a last person switch to ensure non-essential equipment is turned off in one go.
  • Minimise travel wherever possible, but if it can’t be avoided then we use the most efficient method available.
  • Recently we invested in a new fleet of small vans which are the most fuel-efficient & economic available (at this stage electric is not viable for the long distances required)
  • We use trackers on vans to plan the technicians’ routes efficiently taking both time and fuel usage into account.
  • We encourage minimal use of heating in offices.
